Check must be included with entry. Entries will not be considered confirmed without valid payment. $35 return check fee will be charged for any returned checks.\n•\nEntries limited to 5 carriage teams per day due to trail capacity. Entry limited to 4 RDX/RDXC teams per day (the RDXC would count towards the overall carriage limit) due to trail capacity. Total entries limited to 14 teams total per day due to day light hours. All entries will be processed on a first come\, first served basis according to when entries are received at the Secretary’s address. These limits apply for both Road Trials in this cluster.\n•\nHost Chair will make every effort to locate rental horses/carriages but all rental agreements will be made privately between exhibitors and rental vendors. Host chair cannot guarantee availability of rental horses or carriages.\n•\nEntries will be accepted via mail only; on-line payment is not available.\n•\nCLASSES OFFERED: RDX/RDXC\, RD/RDC\, CCI/CCIC\, CCN/CCNC\, CC/CCC\n•\nNon Regular Classes to be offered (all breed) for each class if entry limits do not fill with Dalmatians by the closing date. DESCRIPTION:ENTRIES CLOSE AT NOON on Tuesday\, March 3rd at the Secretary’s Office. \nAll judging will take place on Sunday March 15th. \nMAIL ENTRIES with fees payable to the Central Carolina Dalmatian Club to Abbey Rodriguez\, 7247 Jackson Morgan Lane\, Powell\, TN 37849 Express mail entries must include signature permitting them to be left at the Secretary’s address without the recipient’s signature IMPORTANT: Read instructions carefully on reverse side before\ncompleting. Please Print. \nEntries will not be limited. \nHORSE RENTAL/BOARDING INFORMATION\nCarriage competitors that want to use a cart must provide their own cart and horse. A CART WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL FOR THE CCC.\nThe horse wrangler for this event is Meagan Tahiri 843-467-6329. The deadline for horse rental is at Noon\, March 3rd. Competitors are responsible for contacting Ms. Tahiri to personally discuss their riding experience and reserve their horse with her. Payment should be made directly to Ms Tahiri\, Wendy Deini-Pruden and or your Carriage Driver.\nRiders will be highly encouraged to pair up for the trail portion of the competition for safety reasons.\nHorse rental for RD/RDC ‐ 12 1/2 miles ‐ $200.\nHorse rental for RDX/RDXC ‐ 25 miles\, 2 horses ‐ $400.\nHorse rental for CCN/CCNC & CCI/CCIC $150.\nCarriage Rental for CC/CCC – $50 per entry paid directly to Michael Pontz at the trial. \nEntries will be accepted via mail only; on-line payment is not available. \nCLASSES OFFERED: RDX/RDXC\, RD/RDC\, CCI/CCIC\, CCN/CCNC\, CC/CCC \nNon Regular Classes to be offered (all breed) for each class if entry limits.
