Apparently, some of the wholesale hotel booking services have become very crafty at disguising themselves as the actual hotel in Internet searches. At least one member made a reservation through one of them thinking it was the Marriott. Misinformation regarding availability was provided and an exorbitant rate was charged.
If you have an issue making your reservation at the link or number above due to the block being “sold out” contact Toni Linstedt The block is NOT sold out. We just need to make some adjustments to it. The staff and we are more closely monitoring and trying to stay ahead of these needed adjustments but some may slip through especially on weekends and holidays.
RV Parking
Limited to 50 spaces.
RV Parking at the hotel will be in the designated parking lot closest to the Convention Center and is limited to no more than 50 rigs. There are no hook-ups available, but there is potable water from a community source for one refill mid week. Honey Wagon service (with advance reservations through the DCA Shop) will also be provided mid week. Reservations for space and honey wagon service must be made through the Specialty Store. Campers will have access to the hotel fitness center, pool and showers. A limited number of spaces with grass are offered at $45 per night. General spaces are $40 per night. Questions? There is also space for up to 10 RV’s at the Ron Ramsey Ag Center – Agility Venue. This is also dry camping with no potable water. The cost for these is $25 per night and available ONLY during the agility trial days with arrivals no sooner than 4/30 and departures by no later than 5/3. These spaces must be reserved through the Specialty Store as well.
