Barn Hunt

Dalmatians are Natural Ratters

Barn Hunt is based on the traditional roles of many breeds in ridding farms, barns, crop storage areas, and homes of destructive vermin.  As carriage dogs, Dalmatians were typically housed with the horses. Living in the barn, they were also tasked with controlling vermin. As historical ratters, today’s Dalmatians are often proficient at the sport of Barn Hunt.
