Club Documents

To file an ethics complaint against another member of the Dalmatian Club of America, please note the following steps. You may also consult the By-Laws, Article IX: Discipline, Sections 9.1 through 9.3.

  1. Written charges with specifications must be filed in duplicate with the Corresponding Secretary together with a deposit of $100 (which shall be forfeited if charges are not sustained).

  2. The charges as presented to the Secretary will promptly be sent to the Board, which will consider whether the actions alleged in the charges, if proven, might constitute conduct prejudicial to the best interests of the Club or the Breed.

  3. If considered prejudicial, a formal hearing will be scheduled wherein both the accused and the complainant will be given the chance to present their evidence sustaining innocence or guilt.
