Sample Breeding / Sales Contracts
The Dalmatian Club of America recommends using contracts for the sale of puppies, for entering into a co-ownership agreement, and for the breeding of bitches and stud dogs. Contracts should be used even between friends. The use of contracts when selling puppies, co-owning dogs and breeding gives protections to the parties involved and, most importantly, the dog.
