Acknowledgement Required

By submitting this form, all persons attending the show hereby waive any claim for damages against the Hotel, DCA and/or members in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog or dogs from unsafe conditions. Persons also agree that they have read and understand the parking rules set forth by the Hotel and DCA. The parking rules are in the DESCRIPTION area at the bottom of this page.

By making this reservation, I am stipulating that I have read and agree to abide by all the RV rules that follow herein.

RV Parking at Hendricks County Fairgrounds
Reservations cancelled before 4/2/27 will be refunded. Cancellations on / after 4/2/27 will only be refunded (minus a processing fee) if the space can be sold to someone else.

Advance reservations through the DCA Store are required. Do not show up with an RV unless you have reserved a space in advance.
Park only in the space assigned to you by the RV Chair.
RV parking is a privilege extended by the Hendricks County Fairgrounds for the convenience of our exhibitors. All RVs are required to reserve and pay for spots through this page. The Hendricks County Fairgrounds and/or DCA reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from anyone who does not abide by the rules and regulations. Anyone unable to abide by the rules and regulations will be asked to leave the premises immediately without recourse or refund of fees.
Parking is at your own risk. Neither the fairgrounds, nor DCA, nor the city of Danville, IN, assumes any responsibility or liability for damages or loss to any vehicle, contents or dogs.
The rate for RV parking is $50 per night which includes access to bathroom and shower houses around the fairgrounds.
Potable water is available at most sites. Some sites will require a fill before parking.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM local time. No dogs may be left outside after 10 PM.
Everyone using the facility is expected to keep and leave the area clean and in as good of condition as it was when you arrive. Exhibitors are responsible for damage and cleanup of their assigned area. This includes any areas where X-pens, pop-ups, etc. were set up.
No dumping of gray or black tanks onto any property in the state of IN. Tanks must be pumped out by the honey wagon service or at an official RV Tank Dump station off property.
