This item is for RV parking with grass. There is a separate item for general RV parking. Click here to reserve one of the regular RV parking spaces. General parking is $40 per night. Premium with Grass is $45 per night. For Agility, there is limited RV parking available at the Ron Ramsey Ag Center for $25 per night during the trial. Click here to reserve one of those spaces.

By making this reservation, I am stipulating that I have read and agree to abide by all the RV rules that follow herein.

Reservations cancelled before 4/2/26 will be refunded. Cancellations on / after 4/2/26  will only be refunded if the space can be sold to someone else.

  • Advance reservations through the DCA Store are required. Do not show up with an RV unless you have reserved a space in advance.
  • Park only in the space assigned to you by the RV Chair.
  • RV parking is a privilege extended by the Mariott Meadowview Resort for the convenience of our exhibitors. All RVs are required to reserve and pay for spots through this page. The Mariott Meadowview Resort and/or DCA reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from anyone who does not abide by the rules and regulations. Anyone unable to abide by the rules and regulations will be asked to leave the premises immediately without recourse or refund of fees.
  • Parking is at your own risk. Neither the hotel, nor DCA, nor the city of Kingsport, TN assumes any responsibility or liability for damages or loss to any vehicle, contents or dogs.
  • No hookups are available. The rate for RV parking is $40 per night, or $45 per night for spaces with grass. This rate includes access to the fitness center, showers, and pool.
  • Potable water is available by the community joining of hoses.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM local time. No dogs may be left outside after 10 PM.
  • Everyone using the facility is expected to keep and leave the area clean and in as good of condition as it was when you arrive. Exhibitors are responsible for damage and cleanup of their assigned area. This includes any areas where X-pens, pop-ups, etc. were set up.
  • The hotel has large trash receptacles on each row of the RV parking area. Additionally, the hotel has a large industrial-sized dumpster on the hotel’s back dock. Campers are responsible for placing their trash in these available receptacles.
  • The honey wagon will be scheduled during the week at the RV owner’s expense. The service is $50, payable through the DCA store. If pump out service is not purchased through the store, you must be present and pay cash at time of service.
  • No dumping of gray or black tanks onto any property in the state of TN. Tanks must be pumped out by the honey wagon service or at an official RV Tank Dump station off property.
