Accommodations and RV Parking

The rate for our new July 5-12 dates is $144 plus tax for double queens.
All existing reservations for the May dates have been canceled.
We have maintained the same room block we had for the May dates, so unless many more people plan to attend in July than planned to attend in May, there will be plenty of rooms guaranteed to our
group to accommodate everyone.

NOTE: Any attendee wishing to come in early will need to book at the posted Best Flex Rate for Friday and Saturday since it is a holiday weekend and the 4th of July falls on Saturday. The pet fee remains at $50 one time non-refundable for the week with a limit of 4 dogs per room. If booking online the one time pet fee will be adjusted by the hotel.

• There is a maximum of 4 dogs permitted, per room. If more than 4 dogs are occupying a room an additional fee of $150.00 will be assessed.
• Hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Individual reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night room and tax.
• Hotel requires 24-hour notice for early departure. Individuals checking out early without 24-hour notice will be charged a $50.00 early departure fee.
• Hotel is a smoke free facility. Smoking in sleeping rooms or meeting spaces will result in a $150.00 fine per incident.
• Complimentary WiFi and self-parking
• A limited number of rollaway beds are available at $12+tax per night.
• Downtown shuttle- $5.00 per person, round-trip.
• Complimentary access to Asheville Racquet Club Downtown- group fitness classes, fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor tennis courts. Additional fee applies for use of indoor tennis courts and 9-hole golf course.
• 10% discount at Adelaide Spa & Salon.
• 10% discount at Asheville Adventure Center parks.
