RV PARKING RULES TO LIVE BY – Dalmatian Club of America

All parking is a privilege extended by the Dalmatian Club of America (DCA) & the Cowlitz County Event Center. DCA reserves the right to withhold or withdraw this privilege from any person who does not observe the rules and/or instructions of the parking personnel on duty. Abusive language will not be tolerated & anyone unable to abide by the rules below will be escorted off the premises, without recourse or refund of fees & subject to possible discipline by the DCA Event Committee.

OVERNIGHT RESERVED RV PARKING

1. All parking is at your own risk. The Dalmatian Cub of America, Cowlitz County Event Center & the Parking Agent assume no responsibility or liability.
2. Reservations must be paid on line or postmarked on or before Wednesday April 1, 2023.
3. There will be a $35.00 charge for any NSF checks.
4. Refund requests must be made by email or mail postmarked on, or before, Wednesday April 5, 2023.
5. Refunds will be subject to a 5% service fee & will be refunded two weeks after the show.
6. All vehicles must be completely self-contained and have a working fire extinguisher. No discharge of waste water of any kind on grounds.
7. NO Electrical hook-ups to any building without RV Chair permission and tag. No Cords across roads per Fire Marshall.
8. Generators are permissible. All generators must have exhaust directed away from other RVs and/or exercise pens.
9. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm & 6:00 am.
10. Fire lanes must be kept clear at all times. Unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles will be towed without prior warning & at the owner’s expense.
11. Tow vehicle must be parked within your assigned RV space with an appropriate pass. If it will not fit, you must purchase a 40’+ parking spot.
12. NO DAY PARKING IN RV SPACE WITHOUT PARKING PASS FROM RV CHAIRMAN.

14. Only reservations accompanied by fees will be accepted.
15. Requests to park together must arrive together in the same envelope.
16. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their parking spaces clean at all times. If you use shavings on the asphalt you must have plastic to protect the grounds.
17. RV’s arriving without Reserved RV Parking – Cash only at Gate $55.00 per night for a 20×40 and $75 for a 40’+. RV spaces are approximate. Please remember if your rig is longer than stated, you will be put in the overflow parking.
18. Honey wagon service. The cost is $40 per rig for two tanks, for one dump. We will have two dumps during the week. You may pay in the DCA store or by cash.

RV PARKING OPENS AT 5:00pm TUESDAY May 2, 2023 FOR PERFORMANCE EXHIBITORS ONLY. Due to another event, you may have to move after the first night. We hope not, we will try our best to avoid this. THE BALANCE OF RV PARKING WILL OPEN AT 2PM May 4, 2023. ALL RV’S MUST VACATE BY NOON MAY 11, 2023. Entry for RV Parking at other Times: Open – 6:00 am to 11:00pm
